I’m Susy and I’m a baker. I don’t just enjoy baking; it’s who I am. I take tremendous pride in - and completely love - baking delicious “desserts.” Using a variety of flavors, fillings and styles, I explore all possibilities while never forgetting the essential classics. With a memory filled by generations of cherished recipes, mixing them with my own is where they become something more.
